Darren J Holder FAVLP, MNAVA, ABII ~ Managing Director ~ Valuer
Darren joined Bruce Leigh in 1988 with the formation of Bruce Leigh Associates and became a Fellow of the AVLP in 1997. In November 2006 Darren completed a management buy out and formed B.L.A Valuers Ltd. Darren is involved with all aspects of the business and covers the whole of the UK.

Bruce A Leigh FRICS, FAVLP ~ Valuer
Bruce is a Chartered Surveyor and has some 40 years vast experience in the valuation and negotiation of Fixtures and Fittings inventories for the transfer of Tenancies, Leases, and Freehold Sites. Bruce operates out of our Head Office in Gloucester.

Chris J Murphy FAVLP ~ Valuer
Chris has been involved in the valuation of Fixtures & Fittings for Tenancy & Lease transfer for 25+ years. Formally with Sidney Phillips, Chris has been with us since 1998 and runs our Taunton office where he liaises with our Plymouth Office and covers the South West of England.

David Marsden MBII ~ Permanent Consultant
David has vast experience in the industry working for many years as a Regional Manager for Bass & Co. David co-ordinates with the Taunton office and is in touch with many of the Brewery and Pub Co's in the South West for their tenant/lessee recruitment.

Mark Nicholls ~ Associate Stock Auditor
Mark is an independent Stock Auditor completing regular computerised stock audits to give clients essential information on GP's, stock levels, stock discrepancies etc.

Rob York FNAVA ~ Associate Auctioneer/Valuer
Rob is associated with BLA and is able to give sound strategic advice on Asset Disposal, Site clearances etc, as well as implementing Auction, Tender or Private Treaty sales to best suit the client's requirements.

Kelly Chamberlain Bsc (Hons) ~ Company Secretary ~ Credit Controller
Kelly joined us in 2006 as Company Secretary. She now operates in the role of Credit Controller and deals with the accounts and financial matters of the Company.

Samantha Pugh ~ Administration
Sam has been with us since 1989 and coordinates all of the office administration, valuation reports, inventories etc, together with providing first class P.A support to Darren & Bruce.

Kay Pulsford ~ Administration
Kay joined us with Chris from Sidney Phillips in 1998 and coordinates all of the Taunton & Plymouth administration, together with providing first class P.A support to Chris & David.
